We are looking for 1 (one) person secretary/receptionist for our new branch office in 2018, with the job description as follow:
- Handle all correspondence (letter, memo, phone, etc.),
- Arrange meeting, taking minute of meeting,
- Prepare presentation material/other related task.
The candidates must be:
- Woman, max 30 years age
- Graduated from D1/D3 Secretary
- Microsoft Office computer skills
- Have good interpersonal skill and communication
- Interest in Architecture and Interior Design will be an advantage
- Fresh graduated are wellcome to apply
